Sympatec has been serving the Chinese market for more than 25 years now. In 1988, we sold our first system to China, which was followed up by selected, strategic projects. A more frequent business was started together with local sales and service partners first in Beijing in 1996 and later in Shanghai in 2000. In 2004, we established our own representative office in Shanghai, fully dedicated to the Chinese market. Today, the Sympatec China head office is located in Suzhou in the Jiangsu province, with regional branches in Beijing, Guangzhou, Qingdao, Xi'an and Chengdu. We offer Sales and Support to our existing and future customers in all of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macao.

In various scientific and industrial fields we provide knowledgeable support, especially in rare earth and metal powders, pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals and battery materials, minerals and mining, cement and building materials, food and the processing of powders and bulk solids in general. Our demonstration laboratories are equipped with the full range of Sympatec systems, such as laser diffraction sensor HELOS, dynamic image analysis sensor QICPIC, ultrasonic extinction sensor OPUS and photon cross-correlation sensor NANOPHOX, all set-up for demonstrations and hands-on trials. Whether you would like to consign your samples to our labs in either Suzhou or Beijing or prefer an on-site demonstration at your facility, we are pleased to provide support in the development and advancement of suitable analytical methods.

Our experienced After-sales team is skilled in both laboratory installations and demanding process integration. This includes programming of customer-specific measurement routines and integration in process control systems. If required, we are readily available for maintenance, repair and re-certification and of course we are pleased to advise on your smaller application issues and questions. Service contracts tailored to your needs with scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance ensure a long-lasting dependable operation.
