Peter Guiliano, Chief Research Officer at the Specialty Coffee Association and Executive Director of the Coffee Science Foundation explains the importance of the ground particle size in optimising coffee taste, while Sympatec showcases applications for fast and reliable particle sizing with dry dispersion and laser diffraction.
