Since more than 20 years on the occasion of the 6th Small and Medium Sized Companies Summit German enterprises get honored for their innovation management. Sympatec GmbH ranked among the German TOP100 most innovative companies.
The German Innovation Award TOP100 honors products and solutions that distinguish themselves primarily by their user centricity and added value compared to earlier solutions across all industrial sectors – because innovations that shape the future and improve our lives come from all industries. This year Sympatec is very proud beeing amongst these innovative leaders of German SMEs.
The TOP 100 project’s mentor Ranga Yogeshwar (a well-known science journalist in Germany) honored the company together with Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke and compamedia (the organizer of the competition) on June 28, 2019 at the awards ceremony in Frankfurt, Germany. “A nice acknowledgement being among the best innovators but it is also an incentive to demonstrate it day after day.” says the Managing Director Dr.-Ing. E.h. Stephan Röthele. Clearly defined processes are the heart of the business development. “We have implemented a fully documented workflow for our development projects”, confirms the Technical Director Dr. Wolfgang Witt. And to lower the risk to develop something unmarketable the key customers are also part of the formation process.
